• We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected misuse.
• Your order is considered accepted and a binding contract is formed once the products are dispatched from our end.

7. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We support various payment methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. The available methods will be shown at checkout.
• For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully completed at the time of checkout through our secure payment gateway partners.
• COD is available only for selected pincodes and order values as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to disable COD for particular customers, areas, or products at our discretion.
• Please ensure you have the exact payable amount available at the time of delivery for COD orders. Refusal or repeated non-acceptance of COD parcels may result in restrictions on your future COD usage.
• We do not store your full card/UPI details; these are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are displayed on the website or communicated via email/SMS/WhatsApp. These are approximate and may vary due to courier issues, local conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive tracking details (where available). Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout; please ensure it is complete and correct.
• Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to your address. In case of visible damage on delivery, please take photos/videos at the time of unboxing and inform us promptly.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, political disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
