Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Clear, fair and easy-to-understand policy for your Qutoo Box shopping experience.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch Time: Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically take 3–7 working days depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to follow your parcel status.
  • Delivery Attempts: Couriers normally attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order is not accepted, it may be returned to us and considered a cancelled order.
  • Shipping Delays: We do our best to deliver on time. However, delays caused by courier networks, festivals, weather, strikes, or remote locations are beyond our control.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available when your order meets the minimum value mentioned on the website (e.g., ₹499).
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal delivery charge will apply, visible during checkout before payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: A small convenience charge may apply for COD orders depending on location and order value.

3. Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address, pincode and phone number are correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery failure, reshipping charges may apply.

4. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within the time listed on the product page (typically within 7 days of delivery) if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is incomplete or missing accessories
  • The product is unused, unwashed and in original packaging

Non-returnable items (unless defective/wrong product delivered):

  • Unboxed or used toys
  • Baby hygiene products (e.g., feeding items, teethers, wipes)
  • Customised, personalised or clearance sale items

5. Return Request Process

  • Email or WhatsApp us with order details and reason for return.
  • Share clear unboxing photos/videos within 24–48 hours for damage/wrong product issues.
  • Once approved, a pickup will be arranged where available.
  • Products must be packed securely in the original packaging (including manuals, accessories, tags etc.).

6. Replacement Policy

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a replacement for eligible cases.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund option.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment mode or as store credit (if chosen).
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 working days depending on banks/payment gateways.
  • COD Orders: COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

8. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order before it has been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery, if eligible.
  • In case of payment failure but money deduction, refunds will be processed automatically by the payment provider.

9. Return Shipping Cost

  • No return fee applies when the item delivered is wrong, defective or damaged.
  • For normal return requests (e.g., change of mind), return courier charges may apply or the customer may need to self-ship depending on pincode availability.

10. Important Notes

  • Only items returned in original condition are eligible for refund/replacement.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that show damage due to misuse, alteration, missing parts or wear & tear.
  • Refund approval depends on inspection and verification of returned items.
